Custom Planning & Coordination Deposit

To move forward, we require a Planning & Coordination Deposit. This is an industry-standard amount for custom tours and is fully credited toward the final invoice once the tour is confirmed.

Because this is a fully custom tour, the total cost can only be calculated once we complete the planning and coordination. This includes:

• Contacting and confirming wineries and restaurants

• Arranging transport options and timing

• Preparing three tailored itinerary options

• Coordinating any VIP or special-access requests

Alternatively, if you prefer, the group may secure one of our existing custom  tours with a standard upfront payment, and we can then customize it to your requirements. In either case, the deposit ensures that all planning work and reservations are handled professionally and immediately.

Once the deposit is received, we will begin coordination and deliver the full proposal, including:

• Final quotation and extra-hour pricing

• Vehicle details and driver information

• Three suggested itineraries

• All additional requested information and features
